Restaurant 3 Cuisine
Chef Brian Robinson has created a menu that stays true to his culinary roots. Our menu offers American cuisine for the traditionalist and the adventurous. Restaurant 3 designed its menu to include some of America's favorite culinary tastes.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of the Low Country to sophisticated Continental, fresh seafood from Hawaii, local produce from area farms, variations on Midwest meat and potatoes, and new twists on desserts you loved as a kid. Restaurant 3 Beverage Program
Restaurant 3's beverage program is designed to promote America's finest wines and craft beers.

Our wine list offers some of 50 different labels from some of the best producers of fine wine. Although our wine program concentrates on American winemakers, we have included some classic Old World selections. Unique traits of our wine list include classic pairing information, a featured vineyard of the month, and guest recommendations of new wine offerings.

Restaurant 3 has stayed true to the American theme by tailoring our draft beer to include some of the best American craft beer producers. Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails with new twists.
